Recipe for salted pie with loaf bread

This stuffing for salty bread pie includes chicken, onion, tomato, carrot, olives, green corn, boiled eggs and mayonnaise - all ingredients that we always have at home and that go very well together! Just sauté some of them, mix them all with mayonnaise and use as a filling between layers of loaf of bread. The result is a recipe for savory pie with loaf bread for a party or simply for a practical and delicious snack. Try it!
Ingredients for making salted pie with loaf bread:
2 packages of unpeeled loaf bread
2 chicken breasts
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 can of green corn
1 cup of olives
2 eggs
2 chicken broth tablets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
mayonnaise to taste
Black pepper
salt
To decorate (quantities to taste):
shoestring potatoes
Cherry tomato
parsley leaves
Mayo
grated carrot
How to make salted pie with loaf bread:
Boil the chicken breasts and eggs in salted water and the broth tablets for about 20 minutes. At the end, drain the water, shred the chicken and peel the eggs. Reserve.
Tip: If you use salted broth tablets you can choose not to add salt to the water.
Prepare the remaining ingredients for the savory cake filling: chop the onion, tomatoes and olives; peel and grate the carrots. Take the onion to sauté in oil in a pan.
When the onion is browned, add the tomatoes and shredded chicken. Adjust the salt, season with black pepper and cook until the tomato water evaporates. When you're done, turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
Tip: If the stew is too dry, put some of the chicken cooking broth in it.
Place the above stew in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients for the savory pie filling with loaf bread: boiled and chopped eggs, grated carrots, green corn and olives. Mix everything and add mayonnaise in quantity to taste until you get a creamy filling, with paste consistency.
Tip: If you want, you can replace carrots, green corn and olives with macedonia from boiled or steamed vegetables.
Grease a baking dish or rectangular dish with butter, oil or daisy and line the bottom with a few slices of the loaf of bread. Spread a layer of the filling over the bread and place more slices of bread. Repeat layers of bread and stuffing until all ingredients are exhausted.
When you're done, it's time to decorate your salty loaf pie! To do this, spread mayonnaise all over the pie and, on top, arrange pieces of grated carrots, straw potatoes, cherry tomatoes and parsley leaves, forming a design to your liking (see the decoration suggestion in the image).
Take this chicken pie with loaf of bread to the refrigerator and leave for 2-3 hours to set the consistency. Serve cold and good appetite!
